We were immediately impressed upon our first meeting with Lamoine and Garett. They were extremely knowledgeable about the market in our area (Barrhaven) and their experience was very evident in their strategic proposals for how to sell our house (coming soon, MLS listing, holding offers to a specific date), how to stage it, and in terms of the recommended price point to generate multiple offers. Unexpectedly, a buyer saw the coming soon sign on the day it was put up, submitted an offer we couldn't refuse (more than $200K over the intended list price) and we closed the next day.
