A Return to Normal in September for Real Estate in Ottawa

Inventory still remains a concern throughout many Ottawa neighbourhoods.  Currently we have just over one month's supply.  With the election behind us, we hope the government will concentrate on addressing supply issues and first time home buyer assistance programs.
